When Meta moved away from creator-led content and toward in-house production, our team became fully responsible for developing and delivering all monthly social assets. The creative moved quickly, but the shift exposed a natural gap between big-picture ideas and production-ready direction. With limited structure around approvals and execution, projects often hit delays, required reshoots, or went through multiple rounds of revisions. The team had the talent. What we needed was a clearer process to align creative intent with client expectations from the start.
I introduced structure at every phase of production. I created clear pre-, mid-, and post-production frameworks that clarified ownership, timelines, and checkpoints. I built visual templates to make creative development easier to present and client feedback easier to gather. I also added milestone meetings to align expectations and surface potential risks before production.
We delivered faster, with fewer revisions and more clarity throughout. Clients felt more bought in and engaged, which led to stronger feedback and smoother approvals. We often delivered ahead of schedule and were able to increase asset volume without extending budgets. Internally, our team became more collaborative and confident across the board.
